We would like to invite you to the 25th anniversary edition of the International Fair of Machines and Facilities for Water Supply and Sewage Systems WOD-KAN 2017 in Bydgoszcz organised by the Chamber of Commerce ‘Polish Waterworks’.
The fair will take place on May 16-18, 2017.
‘WOD-KAN’ has been one of the most important economic events in Poland and one of the biggest events in Europe. The trade’s offer is dedicated to the water supply and sewage system industry. Each year almost 400 exhibitors and 10,000 visitors – specialists including technical directors, designers, fitters, operators, engineers and presidents of water supply and sewage system companies – attend the event.
The WOD-KAN Fair is a great opportunity to establish direct business contacts with partners from Poland and abroad.
The event is accompanied by: Envicon Water International Congress, trade competitions, conferences organised by exhibitors, a cooperation fair. The event will be held in a modern building of the Bydgoszcz Trade Fair and Exhibition Centre.
According to forecasts, in the coming years there are plans to:
- construct more than 16 thousand kilometres of sewage systems,
- modernise more than 3.5 thousand kilometres of sewage systems,
- invest in more than 750 sewage treatment plants.
The capital expenditures for these operations are, respectively, set to run at
- more than PLN 15.4 billion for sewage systems,
- more than PLN 7.6 billion for sewage treatment plants,
i.e. approx. PLN 23 billion. This means that the International Fair of Machines and Facilities for Water Supply and Sewage Systems will still be an important place for B2B meetings and negotiations.
We start collecting applications from 3 January 2017 at 9.00 AM.
